Richard Frasca has finally finished the recording of his long awaited new solo album. Called The Weatherman, the work features ten new songs as well as a cover of the old Spirit classic Natures Way. All recorded at the singer/songwriters new home studio in upstate New York. Richard is currently working on the artwork and hopes to release the album on October 18th.
